ABOUT THE AUTHOR
God’s honored servant, Bro. Bakht Singh heard the call of God to come to India while he was working as an agricultural engineer in Canada. He began his ministry in 1933 as an evangelist in North India. He was a man taught by God to seek and to do God’s perfect will in all matters of the ministry of the Gospel. The Lord finally led him to Chennai (Madras) to gather His people on the foundation of Acts 2:42 and the Church at Jehovah Shammah was established in 1941. He came to Hyderabad in 1950 and it was a mighty movement of the Spirit to save souls and establish them on the New Testament Church foundation. Also he trained those who were called by the Lord for full time ministry in the same vision of the Church. Being a man of prayer and devotion to the Lord, he served his Master for more than five decades and was promoted to Glory on 17th September, 2000. The books published from his spoken ministry are a great inspiration even today to the many thousands of saints of all classes and languages throughout India, and even abroad.
